Enquiry privacy

When you submit an enquiry, Reel House Media collects your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, selected services, project description, budget preference and timing.

Why we collect it

We use this information to understand your project and respond to your request. Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up for marketing emails.

Where it goes

Your enquiry is stored in the website’s hosted database and shown in an inbox restricted to the website owner. The form does not automatically send an email.

Spam prevention

The server uses a daily hash of your connection address to limit repeated submissions. Your raw connection address is not stored in the enquiry record.

Other services

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Its hosting and font providers may process connection information when your browser requests a page or font. No advertising pixels or analytics scripts have been added.

Your choices

Please avoid including sensitive information in your project description. You can request a correction or removal by submitting an enquiry identifying the earlier reference and the change you want.
